Description:
The Dieline Generator is a specialized tool for instantly creating accurate, ready-to-use layouts for the FEFCO 0203 shipping and storage box. This design is a Full Overlap Slotted Container (FOL) , a high-strength variation of the standard shipping box. In this style, the outer flaps extend the full width of the container to completely cover the top and bottom. Unlike the 0201 (standard) or 0202 (partial overlap) designs, this full overlap creates a double layer of corrugated board across the entire opening. This construction significantly increases the box's resistance to compression and bursting, making it ideal for heavy or demanding applications. Typically manufactured from a single sheet of corrugated board, it is shipped flat and sealed with tape, glue, or staples.
