Description:
The Dieline Generator is a specialized tool for instantly creating accurate, ready-to-use layouts for the FEFCO 0204 shipping and storage box. This design is a Center Special Slotted Container (CSSC) , a high-efficiency slotted box where both the inner and outer flaps meet in the center when closed. Unlike a standard 0201 box—where shorter inner flaps leave a gap—the 0204’s flaps are precisely cut so that all eight flaps align perfectly. This creates a completely flat base and top surface inside the box, with both the top and bottom protected by two full layers of corrugated board. This style requires more precise die-cutting than standard boxes to ensure all flaps meet without overlapping or leaving gaps.
