For commonly used templates and sizes, starts from one unit. For custom sizes or templates, typically starts from 300 units.

How long does shipping take?

DHL or FedEx express takes 3-7days. Air freight options range from 7-21 days, while ocean freight options range from 26-71 days. If you need some packaging expedited earlier, consider splitting your shipment between air and ocean!

Do you provide samples?

Yes! We provide well rounded sample services Whether you are looking for testing the size or want to check your artworks before mass production. Please Explore all sample options here.

Can you provide me with a dieline?

For most commonly used sizes, you could download from our template download center directly. All templates (dielines) have been adapted to mass production. For custom sizes, you could go to&nbsp here , place a order of template. You would be asked to pay design fee firstly which would be refunded when you place a production order. If you order a sample, dielines will be included as part of the sampling fee.

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?

Please send us your artwork in PDF or AI format that can be edited in Adobe Illustrator. Please keep the template as a separate layer in your AI file. Once we get the file, our in-house designer will review and adapt it for production. The production-ready file will send back for your approval.
